How to Apply Online

1. Ensure you upload all required documents. These include your official academic certificates and/or result slips, bank deposit slips, etc. certified by licensed examination bodiess.
2. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled correctly.
3. Any attempt(s) to falsify information will result in immediate invalidation of your application.
4. A mandatory application fee of KES 1000 (Non-refundable) is required to process your application.
   For M-Pesa:
   • Go to 'Lipa na Mpesa' on your M-Pesa menu
   • Select 'Pay Bill'
   • Enter Business No. 664152
   • Account Name: (Student Name)
   • Pay amount KES 1000 (Non-refundable)
   • Enter your M-Pesa confirmation code in the field provided on the online application form
   For direct bank deposit, use the following details:
   • Bank Name: KCB - KILIMANI PLATINUM
   • Account Name: NAIROBI WOMEN'S HOSPITAL COLLEGE
   • Account Number: 1302331795
   • Scan and upload payment confirmation slip
   For EFT, use the following details:
   • Swift Code: KCBLKENX
   • Bank Code: 01
   • Branch Code: 337
   • Scan and upload payment confirmation slip
5. Upon completion, you should get a confirmation message on your screen that your application has been received and is PENDING
6. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Successful applicants will receive a notice of admission through the email address provided during the application process.
