The learner is trained on the management of personal health information in healthcare organizations, hospitals, and public health programs to enable the delivery of services to the public. You’ll also learn how to utilise information systems and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of patient care.

KCSE Mean grade: D plain, Certificate in health Records level 4 or Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority health
