Gender Violence Recovery Center which is the charitable arm of The Nairobi Women’s Hospital trained teachers of Homabay county on child protection and GBV legislations. The three day event equipped the teachers with skills and tools to roll out child protection initiatives in the 6 sub-counties of Homabay county.

The training is in partnership with Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and aims at developing capacities of teachers on detecting, preventing, responding and reporting all forms of abuse against learners in school.
